I would suggest changing server, and seeing if that helps your issue.

Hi. I do not want to flood, creating the same topics.
I have exactly the same problem. When using the preview, the data exchange is normally 2000kb / s, but when I run the broadcast, the figure is always zero.
I tried to change the server, not helps.
