Need help connection issues

Hi,
I have tried every troubleshooting I could find to fix the issue but nothing seems to be working. I usually stream on wireless but I also tried it on a wired connection and it's still not working. I've been unable to stream for 3 days now thinking it might just be a 1 or 2 day connection problem. I had to problems the days prior to these issues and other then a windows update nothing has been changed or downloaded to cause problems. If anyone can help me figure out what is causing this issue I would appreciate it.

Here is the log from my last attempt:

Thank you,

You're like the 3rd or 4th person in the last few days, weird...

It appears your LAN driver could use an update. EEE settings generally cause the errors in bold below. Check your mobo's support page for a newer driver & install it.

So when testing it works fine in test stream but when I try to go live it doesnt. The connection drops to 0 and the dropped frames are almost 100%. All my drivers are updated.
