Need Help Adding Live Clock to OBS Scoreboard

Hello, I'm looking for help on how to add a live, running clock to my OBS scoreboard overlay. I live-stream high school and college sports and have never been able to figure out how to add/sync a live scoreboard clock. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I cheated with this issue. I created an MP4 video of a timer running from 00:00 mins to 99:00 and then used that as an overlay on a scoreboard on the video. I made it to use for soccer games. I used Touch Portal on a tablet to start and stop the clock. A bit Heath Robinson but it seemed to work. I cut the video so that I could have the second half start at 45 mins, also used the same principle by reversing the video (to make it a countdown timer) for futsal which starts at 20mins a side.
