Question / Help Need good settings for my OBS

I need good settings so i can start recording videos but I need help.

My PC's Components:

Processor:AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 250 Processor 3.00 gH
RAM: 4.00 GB
System type: 64-bit
Graphic Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 4GB

Even if it has 3.00 gH?
And if so what processor would be good with these conponents?

Any good processor would require a new motherboard and ram MINIMUM.
In order to record, you're probably going to need a haswell or better intel i5.

Well at least you can record games with youre GPU.
Try to record games with the NVENC Encoder. It got the H.264 Codec what YouTube supports.
Even my Haswell CPU i7 4790 K- 4 GHz cant handel to record The Witcher with the x264 like i would :/

Where do I put the files he has in the discription?
Because it wont let me tick the "Nvidia NVEC" box.

Look at this link. There are all cards what supports Nvidia shadowplay. If you have shadowplay than you should be abel to run in OBS the NVENC. Maybe you haven't downloaded the Nvidia Experience yet ?

Ido have downloaded Nvidia Experience but Im thinking. I had it installed from my previous NVIDIA graphic card and then i changed the card with a better one and for some reason it wont let me update my driver. Maybe thats why is not working.
