Right I have them, here goes...

Installed Memory (RAM): 4.00GB (3.89 GB Usable)

i found this topic where the person seems to have the same issue: https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/can-not-install-obs-missing-directx-update-error.7021/

the solution was to download OBS as a zip file and extract OBS into a folder, instead of installing it.

here is the current OBS version from github: https://github.com/jp9000/OBS/releases/download/0.637b/OBS_0_637b.zip

unzip the folder and try it out, hopefully it works for ya.

edit:
if you can, post your graphics card (or is it integrated graphics?) and your operating system version: windows 7, windows 8, etc.

i extracted the files.
i then try to open obs and i get this message. (done this before)

The program cant start because d3dx10_43.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem
