Hey, it looks like your upload speed is a little insufficient for your needs. 50-60 fps should be fine in games! When you play games your not only receiving data (download speed) but your sending it too (your position, your actions, things you do to keep in sync with the game server - your upload speed). If your upload speed is being congested with streaming video data to Twitch your ping will be adversely affected!

You could try lowering the bitrate at which your streaming and see if it helps, but if you're playing a game whereby your ping is extremely important and 100-110 ping is too high (like CS:GO / reaction first-person shooters) then it's probably a good idea to have some headroom with your upload bandwidth if you'd like to stream. Even setting a constant bitrate in OBS, that bitrate still fluctuates slightly which means your ping could fluctuate too.

You didnt supply very much information with your post, so a log file would be a great help :)

Hmm, in the log you only used 1mbps of your 3mbps upload. So there should be enough headroom for any kind of game.

I would suggest to try if activating "Minimize Network Impact" helps. It might be that your internet connection is unstable, speedtests unfortunately do not show that.
