Question / Help Need a Video card for streaming!

Is that Hardware you already got? If not heres a "fixed" Version. http://pcpartpicker.com/list/37kCzM Its a bit over your 1000$ Budget but overclocking isnt really going to help you that much so you could go with a non K Version and a h170 Board but I would suggest getting K Version and a z170 Board for the ~40$ over Budget.
 
Higher IPC, better efficiency, better iGPU (if QSV will ever be used), DDR4 Support and so on.

The Question is, if you are buying a completely new System, why would you buy old Hardware? Thats why I asked if you are just listing the Hardware you got or if you are planning on buying new System.
 
I am going to be buying a new system. I don't have any of the parts yet and I haven't ordered any. I want to make sure I get something good before I buy.

Why does the i7-6700K cost less if it is newer/better?

I personally would take the GTX 1060 over the RX 480. And I cant really tell you why the i7 6700k is cheaper its probably because noone cares about old Hardware so the prices never really get adjusted.

The Asus Mainboard is good but also really overpriced. No Idea why you would reconfigure my Build and get to the same Price with worse RAM.
