Question / Help Need a support guy!

Hey everyone! I'm wanting to try streaming but i've had quite a few issues and a lot of questions that need answering. I really could do with someone adding me on Skype or Steam (links below). My main issues are getting the stream started, I have what is needed but setting it up is seeming to be a struggle, if no one is able to add me within a couple days I will try posting a thread of what I need answering but if anyone has the time then please add me.

Okay, so my problem is that I can't stream well with my computer(s).
Computer 1 specs: AMD 6350
8GB RAM
Nvidia 650TI

Computer 2 specs: AMD 8350
16GB RAM
Radeon 280X

With computer 1 it is virtually impossible to stream, i've tried just recording with it and that is unbelievably laggy. Computer 2 when I tried streaming with it, I still lagged quite a bit but not as much but also for those who where watching they said it buffered every few seconds making it pointless streaming. I want to know if I can stream with both of these computers, maybe switch some parts up or something, i'd rather have 1 computer streaming another if that is possible but I really don't know what I am doing even after watching tutorials and it still not working.
I wouldn't mind just being able to play the game on 1 computer with 1 monitor plugged in to it and then the other computer streaming my main with all the extra stuff on it.
I guess this is a quick summarisation of my main problems.

So.... what do I do?

I actually just watch a guy on stream recording at around 200fps with these specs:
Processor- AMD FX (tm) 6100 six-core Processor 3.3GHz
Motherboard- Asus M5A78L-M lx
16GB of RAM
Graphics Card- AMD RADEON HD 6800 Series

I must be doing something wrong.
