Need a Little Help obs 31 crashing on load up

My Sys was Running Great last week Then Boom i opened this week and it crashes on load up every. i just see the window frame work then freeze and crash ( it will open fine on safe mode )
nvid drivers are up today via nvid app

i have rolled back to the last working obs version i had 30.2.3 and same issue now.

I SEE A Fault address: 7FF8B2DA5883 (c:\program files\obs-studio\bin\64bit\qt6core.dll) <---- IS THAT MY ISSUE? WHATS THAT?
