so the issue is old but i cant seem to find the issue.
i tested the network between the 2 PCs ( no router between them direct PC-PC GBPS) no drops maybe from time to time a minior ms spike
the Encoding PC is routing the internet for the Gaming PC, no ingame lags or drops or anything to think it is overloaded in any way.
Gaming PC i7-3770 2x4 ddr3 1333, 2x SSD, Intel DB75EN, 1080Ti
Encoding PC Xeon E3-1230v3 2x4 ddr3 1333, 1x SSD, Asrock H61Pro BTC, 550Ti, Killer 2100 for the internet
Gaming PC CPU load during NDI stream 1080p@60 70% tops
Encoding PC load during NDI receive at 1080p@60 and encode at 720p@60 ~45-50% @very fast preset
i am currently using Xsplit Broadcaster as the encoder, but i have also experimented with the OBS one.
i have tried settings from Slow-Very Fast on both Xsplit & OBS also tried 30fps from Slow-Very Fast.
i also tried 30/30 30/60 60/60 60/30 (send>encode) fps.
at some point when i was using Xsplit>Xsplit the 30/60 worked with no audio lag but only for a few days and using Xsplit on the gaming PC makes CS unplayable with epic FPS drops compared to OBS lightness.
currently i can give OBS log from the gaming PC for you to check from today but if needed i can again run OBS>OBS instead of OBS>Xsplit to provide logs from both PCs.
also i might try to swap the PC's and game from the encoding one and encode from the gaming one just to see if the issue is still there, but the Intel mobo on the gaming PC doesnt run the 550Ti with the Xeon so gaming from the 550Ti will be a bitch.

also the audio issue is:
i start the NDI stream.... audio is OK no desync.
slowly when i game it starts to get delayed from the video reaching ~2 sec delay but starts OK.
when i remove the NDI income from the encoder and add it again audio is fine than degrades again to the ~2 sec delay

Strangely when i review the current stream from today the webcam audio/video is synced but the game audio is not (ps all cams mics and game audio are on the Gaming PC)
