Question / Help My webcam isnt working with OBS. Help?

My webcam isnt working with this software. It works on other applications, but when I try to use it with OBS, it just goes to a black screen. Please help! I'm using a TOSHIBA Web Camera HD that is built in to my laptop.

Disable the audio device on the webcam in the video device source properties. You have it set to your Turtle Beach headset, but you are already using your Turtle Beach headset as your main OBS mic.

I just tried that and there is still a black screen.
