My video playback is very choppy

While recording the video the video seems fine, but the playback is very choppy in certain games mainly Roblox right now, does anyone know how to fix this?

I tried messing around with the settings like setting the recording quality to indistinguishable and setting the process priority to above normal, but it is still basically the same.

1. Your system is below the minimum specs for OBS to run and is generally not powerful enough to be used for both gaming, even Roblox, and running OBS.
2. OBS is not running as Administrator. Because of this, OBS will not be able to Game Capture certain games, and it will not be able to request a higher GPU priority for itself -- which is the likely cause of the 32% render lag you are currently experiencing. Run OBS as Administrator to help alleviate this problem.
3. The encoder is skipping 91% of frames because of GPU overload. Enable V-sync or set a reasonable frame rate limit (60, 30) that your GPU can handle without hitting 100% usage.

If that's not enough you may also need to turn down some of the video quality options in the game. If you are experiencing issues in general while using OBS, your GPU may be overloaded for the settings you are trying to use.

Please check our guide for ideas why this may be happening, and steps you can take to correct it: GPU Overload Issues.
4. Create a new Scene Collection with 1 Scene with 1 Game or Window source. See this video for Roblox fullscreen. If Game capture doesn't work, remove it and add Window capture.
5. Change the output FPS to 30.

If still having issues, post a new log.
