My video output is laggy for some reason

Hi everyone! I am currently going through some problems after recording. When I record everything goes smoothly but the video after my recording session is laggy. Same with streaming. I used to stream and record with obs all the time but this problem never occurred. My video is so so Laggy and its getting annoying.
