Question / Help My Twitch stream stops now and then to load

Each min or something like that my stream starts to load the stream (so, it stops and the loading gif animation appears) and it's happening to everybody watching my stream

I don't know what's causing this, I've tried tweaking some OBS options but it doesn't fix

Well, seems that the lag issues are twitch problems, giviny all the bandwith to pro-streamers so I started streaming in hitbox.tv, and there are no lag and shit
