My streams have been crashing 1 hour in and I don't know why

My streams have been consistantly crashing 1 hour in, and I don't know why, the green thing at the bottom right also turns red when it happens. This has never been a problem before so i'm really getting mad over this, I've tried a bunch of things including:

• Restarting obs
• Redownloading obs
• updating drivers
• restarting WiFi
• tried with and without dynamicly change bitrate being on

If you are streaming to Twitch, try checking that Twitch sees with Twitch Inspector

the problem has actually been fixed now, my internet had some frayed wires
