Question / Help My stream suddenly became unwatchable

I've been streaming using OBS for a while. It's been good so far, and I like it a lot more than the previous broadcasters I've used, but for the last week or so my stream quality seems to have sharply decreased (particularly while playing certain games). Here's an example of what it looked like a month or so ago compared to what it looks like right now.

I haven't changed my stream settings, and nothing in particular has changed about my computer, but whenever I stream now, it's extremely choppy and freezes constantly. I'm not really sure what could have caused this change, so I figured I'd ask for help here. I attached an OBS log for reference if that helps.

Your bitrate is too low for that resolution/fps. You should use the help menu to analyze your log files, it'll give you this sort of information. You either need more bitrate, or need to reduce your resolution to compensate for the lack of bitrate.

Also, that CPU may be the cause, it's only 2 core, so you really shouldn't stream in HD resolutions with it anyway.

Thanks, but I tried experimenting, and going with lower bitrates, downscaling my stream's resolution, and connecting to different servers hasn't done anything for me. The thing that's bothering me is that even though my settings might not have been ideal, my stream has been working perfectly fine for months. It's only recently that it started acting up on me, and I don't understand what caused it.
