The title pretty much says it all. I will post a log file to try and give enough information.

I think the reason it does is because of my slow upload speed which is about 1.8 - 2. But then again I don't know very much about this. Just looking for a fix or ideas really. Do this for fun.

I also don't think its my computer either. I have an I7 and a GTX 980, but I'm wrong alot, so yeah.

describe "laggy"?

The steam will work for a bit, then pause and lag for a second or two.
That is viewer-side buffering and if you watch your own stream it doesn't mean your viewers will be buffering, but then agian, it doesn't mean it will. I would talk with them and constantly ask how your stream looks. the only thing you can do for buffering is lower the bitrate/buffer.

btw, scene buffering needs to be 700ms (but that is more for AV sync than buffering viewers.

Thank you. So I record the broadcasts and sometimes watch it after. Would this recording show the lag? Or is that something that only happens live?

If you pause it for a minute and let it buffer and it is still seemingly laggy, the problem is on your side. If not, then its just the viewers. This is typicle for buffering lately from twitch.
