Question / Help my stream recharge every minute (bitrate?)

Hello

I have started to make test for stream on twitch and when i see the return i have lag on it.
I have a great connection 67Mbps Download and 4.83Mbps Upload. I have test to see three other stream with source quality in the same time and only my stream avec lag. I call "lag" but it's recharge same you see a video on youtube with bad connection. I have no drop frame and a constante bitrate the problème is for see the stream not for upload it.

For config i have put 2000Kb/s for max Bitrate and Buffer size, 30 FPS and 1920 1080 résolution. I don't understand why i have this "lag" 2000Kb/s is not very hight more with my connection.

sorry, I was not sure it would be useful
I have made an edit with the log of a stream test during a few minute.
In the meantime, the stream return have recharge three time.
