seems to be. something to note about streaming is what ever bitrate you pick is what OBS will attempt to sustain. your ISP all the way to the twitch ingest will need to sustain this speed for video that doesn't stall.

i did but need recharge my gamepad first then can play.. :/
Log looks really good. you could try your hand at fast preset but experiment with it. after 5 minutes of streaming and actively playing in game, if you duplicate frames are below 1% then you're set. Ideally below 0.5% is even more ideal for a 5 minute recording.
but again i lag sometime maybe should i reduce bit rate
When it says unknown, the hook is probably not active so I wouldn't worry about it.

That is a good ping so obviously no changes necessary if your ISP can sustain that bitrate. Use the below tool for your region by itself for a very accurate assessment of your max bitrate. Also note that max bitrate does not calculate in audio bitrate so your actual bitrate right now is +/- 1564kbps streaming with some left over for your games.

i'm already using that but change sometime Prague/Franfurt idk why Prague freeze for me more time..
Use the ingest with the highest quality. Ping on that test doesn't always matter
10sec Frankfurt,Prague,Stocholm=40 quality

next time just alt+printscreen a screenshot of the results to imgur.com. also I hope you are not doing anything else on your Pc while running this test. dont stream, dont fileshare, etc.
