x264, main profile.

Don't select a custom buffer size, and 1800 bitrate is too high for your connection.

CFR on, CBR on, preset the slowest sounding your system will handle. (ultrafast is the fastest in the list)

Everything from there is trial and error.

Okey i try it today so faster, fast, medium hope for good settings... 1600 bit rate can be good ? 720p is more comfortable for twitch or 16:9 downscale 1.5 1066x600 for twitch...

Run on Faster for at least five minutes and post a new log file. Your system handled Very Fast without any problems.

Most of the quality problems will be a result of your below average upload speed, tbh. Maybe increase the downscale another notch to attempt to hide this.

In that log file, your long streams were on Very Fast (and the OBS statistics were good). The only time you streamed on Faster it was for only 10 seconds, so I can't tell you anything from that.

Code:
Audio Format: 44100 Hz

check your audio format in windows. check audio recording devices by the clock first then audio playback devices. if your mic and speakers use 44100Hz (aka 44.1kHz) then leave OBS as it is. if its set to 48000Hz (aka 48kHz) then change OBS to match. this will give you more room with your presets since audio will not need to be transcoded.

either way, make sure all three match

EDIT: lastly change one setting at a time. dont change preset AND downscale at the same time. we need a baseline to work with.

if all your recording and playback devices in windows are 48kHz then set OBS to 48000Hz in the encoding tab under audio.
