My stream on OBS keeps crashing every 5 to 10 minutes and have no clue what to do

when i stream it happens every 5-10 minutes that my stream crashes. it shows on OBS that my internet goes from green then automatically to nothing with a red X on it. then after about 20 seconds it automatically reconnects like nothing happens. i have no idea if its an internet issue or something else. i watch my actual internet access when it happens and it doesn't show it disconnecting any suggestions on what to do??

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
