Using the Log Analyzer (https://obsproject.com/analyzer), this is the error I got:

Bad resolution / FPS / bitrate combination

The combination of settings you are using will likely lead to a low quality stream with artifacting and other problems. Consider either raising your bitrate or lowering your resolution / FPS (qval: 0.03)

1 issues found (1 major, 0 minor).

I see where your "Base resolution" is 1920x1080 but you have your "Output resolution" set to 1096x616.

I'm assuming you used the "Resolution Downscale" drop-down to get that? If so, change it to the "1.50 (1280x720)" option which will allow it to look a little better overall - unless you are fine with that smaller resolution.

Also, your "Max Bitrate (kb/s)" [which you currently have set to 600] and "Buffer Size" [which you currently have set to 403] are set extremely low - that's what's causing you the most issues.

Try changing your "Max Bitrate (kb/s)" to 2500 and "Buffer Size" to 2800 and try broadcasting again and see how it goes.

Post back if you need any further help.

i started to stream and it was a little better but when i looked on obs to see how is was going i saw that my kb/s was at 893kb/s what do i need to change to make it better?

OBS is showing kb/s that is being used (with max possible being around your set max bitrate). If you don't have any skipped frames then you don't have to do anything.

With your CPU I wouldn't go over 1280x720@30fps. If you have bad internet upload speed then you would need to go even lower resolution.

Cheers.
