It simply lags after some seconds for 1-3

your stream lags? like when you watch it on twitch? or it lags in OBS? be a bit more specific...

Yeah when i watch it on Twitch, got a feeling it lags for every1 else as much as for me or a bit less but still it lags. The loading circle appears.

Get a better computer, and that will be the solution and better internet :)

Streamed on hitbox, not a single problem there. Does Twitch punish new members like that?

ive got 8mb upload, and a brand new pc that it is not a problem i guess.

Theres various threads about the same issue mate. All with the same answer: It's Twitch. Nothing you can do about it.

so you are talking about buffering not lagging
