I followed Twitch's official set up guide for OBS and I am still having this problem. My friends can't watch my stream with out it having to buffer, but when they tune in to the top channels, they are able to watch it on "source" quality. I'm trying to stream at 720 60 FPS, I played a lot with the bit-rate option, setting it up from 2000 all the way up to 3000 with out any luck.
i7-4790K @ 4.00GHz
16 GB RAM
GTX 970
Windows 10, 64 bit.

Stats from speedtest.net: ping:15ms, Download speed 49.41Mbps, Upload speed 7.24Mbps
Btw I'm playing and streaming games like Dota 2, Borderlands 2/TPS and CS:GO

This is the LOG file.

This is what happened when I analyzed it:

Hook conflict with RzDspSrv.dll

Game capture detected a hook conflict with a file called RzDspSrv.dll. This may result in games crashing or a black screen when using game capture. Try to identify the the application (the full path is \Device\HarddiskVolume2\Program Files (x86)\Razer\InGameEngine\32bit\RzDspSrv.dll) and either close it or configure it not to hook your game. Note that some video drivers may install hooks for Stereo 3D, SLI or other purposes.

1 issues found (1 major, 0 minor).
