Question / Help My stream lagging for viewers

Hey, i got problem with my stream. Currently im streaming H1Z1 and my stream lagging for viewers. Im not dropping frames , and i dont know is it problem from my side or from my viewers internet. I got 6mb upload , twitch server in Prague ( Czech) where i get 21 ping.
My settings:

What should i change to get pretty good quality nad not lags.

My specs:
i5-4590
8gb ram
Win 8.1 64bit
R9 270

Very commonly see threads on this issue. The answer is Twitch. It's down to their network. Nothing you can do about it unfortunately.

there are a few attempts to help but its mostly on twitch end

720p30 with 2500bitrate is fine and shouldnt really cause problems but still lowering the bitrate might help and also using the lowst bitrate on aac audio its 46'ish i think

what abount encoding profile : main or high?

twitch wants the main profile to be the default when streaming on twitch but it doesnt really change anything its a simple routing issue with the twitch servers the problem has been around for over 1 year
