Question / Help My stream isn't very smooth any help?

My upload speed is 2.5mbps and my down is 23mbps if that helps

I recommend downscaling just a little bit more.

Would a new GPU make the stream more smoother or should i buy a 4GB stick of ram so that i would have 8GB??

That log doesn't really show any slowdowns being caused by your GPU, so I don't think so. Adding more RAM won't really help that much, either.
