Question / Help My stream is freezing alot

Hello folks, can somebody very kind person help me out with very big problem.
(IN TWITCH BTW)

I would like to stream everyday (what i'm actually doing but not enjoying because nobody watching stream because its freezing a lot) but there is a big problem: when i stream people says my stream is freezing a lot, sometimes even lagging or for example it stops and in couple seconds stream continue from other situation and it's very disturbing because if viewer want to see what happened in exciting situation he can't, stream stopped for couple seconds and it continues from other situation. Why is this happening ?? My upload speed is in speedtest around 10mbps and i think i have enough good pc for streaming:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4670 @ 3.40GHz
RAM: 8,00Gt Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 799MHz
MOTHERBOARD: MSI
GRAPHICS CARD: GTX 650 Ti BOOST

I want be a streamer but i can't if nobody watch my stream and of course nobody will watch if stream having so much issues.

Someone with good heart help me out please, and how can i help ? i see some people posting own obs settings but i don't know how to do it.

Your log cuts off before important information, but I don't see anything to indicate frame drops, and you're not having encoding lag. You'd have to make a vod to demonstrate the issue.

Thank you for your comment, do i have to stream now that log is going to be bigger or ? :D what you mean by "You'd have to make a vod to demonstrate the issue" whats vod
