Question / Help My Stream Is Choppy.

Im new to streaming and while streaming league of legends on obs when i go to watch the video it will get choppy and pixelated then once i stop moving it will refocus back in. How do I fix this? When I raise my bitrate or fps up it only makes me lagg in game. I need some help, I will post what ever specs you need to help me get it flowing as smoothly as possible. Help a new streamer out. =)

amd A8-6500 APU with Radeon(tm) Graphics 3.5 ghz

8gb of ram

current resolution 1600 x 900, 60hz

You're streaming at too high of a resolution for that bit rate/upload speed. Try downscaling to 360p.

I did and its still choppy i switched more settings around, maybe i just cant stream with out the picture being pixelated when i move around. Is there something i should buy or anything else i could change? Sorry I'm such a noob with all of this.

480p 30 should be possible on this weak cpu with the veryfast preset
