Hello Guys!
Please suggest some ideas to help me.
Initial Context
My name is Paulo and I have been doing Live Stream for 1 year and a half on Twitch site.
Since the beginning I'm with the same setup that I had started my channel.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Laptop ACER Aspire A515-56 Windows 11 8GB RAM
11th Gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 2.40GHz - Intel Iris Xe Graphics
Nintendo Switch Oled
HDMI Video Capture till 4K 30FPS
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
So, I don't play directly on my Laptop, I play on my Nintendo Switch that mirrors on Laptop and then I record and share to Twitch in Live. Notice that I'm using processing just to OBS to record and stream, just that.
During this time (1 year and a half) I was streaming with this quality (1080p and 60FPS) in Twitch Standard x264 6000 kbps. This is a fact, I have my channel with more than 300 videos with 2~3 hours duration to prove it.
Connection lost, or decreasing framerate rarely happened. I suppose like once a month or once a bimonth. I never understood why this was happening and neither never investigated because the rarely it happened.
Currently
Okay, this year on September 2024 the first week the problems started to happen and in a big volume. Since last 2 months I can't stream on Twitch anymore. Every time that I start my Stream the connection drop aroun 10 minutes after that. And the bitrate is decreased and communication lost. Sometimes this happens less than 10 minutes, but frequently is around 10 minutes. Then, on September I did few upgrades for my machine.
By replacing my HDMI Video Capture to new one Video Capture (different model and brand - by imaging that my current was burned) and adding more RAM Memory, now, my Laptop is with 20GB RAM. I've updated drivers, softwares, install and unistall dozens of times.
But the problem persist, I'm still facing the same problem.
Also, I've tried decreased the quality of my stream like this:
1080p and 60FPS with x264 6000 kbps
1080p and 30FPS with x264
720p and 60FPS with x264 6000/4500 kbps
720p and 30FPS with x264 3000 kbps
Sometimes by using Hardware Intel GPU instead of via software x264. But no result, I'm still facing the same problem. It doesn't matter, it seems that I can't do Live Stream anymore even I'm using 50% less or 25% only (when it compared since that I had started to do Streaming).
Please, could you help me?
Some trick questions/points
When I'm playing some MOBA in real-time, Connection with OBS-Twitch is lost, but my match it continues online, even if I'm doing some download or upload (I did this just for complementary tests).
By doing Twitch Inspect or Twitch Test, connection is never lost.
About mismatching with my Headset sample rates, checked on Windows and all of them are in 48000Hz.
Here below I'll share with you my current reports from OBS to clarify what is happening currently.
