Question / Help My Stream cancels

I'm in the process of Setting up my Stream on OBS...

Whenever i choose "start stream" it'll work for maybe 5 seconds... then it crashes.. and i get this Error

Could not Connect to Server

RTMP_Connect0, Failed to connect to socket: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it. (10061)

I dunno what i did... i followed every step correctly.. Anybody else have this kind of Problem if so? Did you get it resolved?

That is not a crash, it's simply an error. Try a different server.

I got my stream to work... but now my browser is really slow... and glitchy...? How can i speed up my browser?

Buy a better computer...?

Flash is a pretty big resource hog, and depending on the settings you're using to stream at, it can incapacitate your browser.
