Hey lads, what are the best settings to record on these specs

Intel Celeron CPU N2820 @ 2.13 GHz
4.00 GB RAM
Intel HD Graphics
Windows 8.1
 
no matter what ... you are almost forced to use 1280x720 30 fps and ultrafast preset

cfr enabled

bitrate either chose a buffer of 0 or actually set a bitrate/buffer to something like 25000
