Question / Help My setup for streaming so far, Need some help with settings.

Okay, so my gaming PC uses an I5 4690k and a GTX 970, so i'm not struggling to play games.I despise FPS issues, so I thought about using my 2nd PC. An AMD FX 8350 and a GTX 770. Both PC's are very capable by themselves.

Speed settings above.
The capture card i'm using is the old Elgato HD capture card.
If you could tell me some settings to use, I play fast action games like First person shooters, Mmorpgs, RTS, Etc.
