Question / Help My recordings are laggy and stuttery

Whenever i record anything my recording always turn out to be really laggy and really bad quality. When i'm playing while recording in Black ops 3 i get about 100fps, so its not my PC

These are my PC specs:
Motherboard: Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
CPU:AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor
Graphics card:Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 4GB Video Card
Memory:G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866
Hard drive:Seagate 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid

i need help to find out why all my recordings are stuttery and bad quality
Please may i have some help
