My recorded video doesn't feel like 60 fps?

I won't download any videos. Run another test with the monitor @ 60HZ & trust your eyes.

If it looks good try another test @ 120.

Use VLC for playback too. Evidently, the default windows media player is an issue with OBS recordings on some systems.

BTW, if you still have any tearing after dropping to 60HZ, enable v-sync.
