Bug Report My rate goes up and down to 0 kb / s

So far, the major difference I can see is that on the .zip test log you did, you're capturing an emulator (which doesn't use the network at all) and on the full install log, you're capturing PUBG (which definitely uses network resources).

I apologize for making you do all this extra work, but can you test the .zip version again with PUBG running? Or might be easier to test the installer without PUBG running.
Here you go, one final log, PUBG with the ZIP files, same settings, no dropped frames

for the people using that AMFenc when those bitrate drops occure - disable "new networking code" - that fixed it for me
@PrinceVinc Xaymar is still waiting for the logs...

Having the same problem with the new update 20.0 was fine about a week ago. all of the sudden frame drops consistently, and now cant stream without it going yellow, red, green

With Obs 20.0 im expeciencing the same problem...stream was fine and suddenly goes red ( 0 b/s )

I have fiber cable with 50mb upload and stream with 3000 bitrate with x264 at superfast. Did hundreads of streams and never had this problem, no drops, frame loss...nothing. Was so strange.

if you have nvidia or amd and using that encoder the temp fix for it is to download the zip version of 20.0,1 other then that try what benman2785 said

and that is correct - as shown in https://github.com/Xaymar/obs-studio_amf-encoder-plugin/issues/272

that is ONLY for AMFenc - so ONLY FOR USERS OF "H264/AVC Encode (AMD Advanced Media Framework)" using 17.7.2 driver

but it MAYBE help with NVenc too (cant test that)

btw there is NO USE of "new networking code" as of today - and my root runs with low-latency-kernel (what most servers dont - and even shouldnt)

I have tested it with NVENC and I get 0 dropped frames in a few minutes of streaming, both with the new networking code on and off.

as i said only confirmed for AMFenc with 17.7.2

// btw 17.7.2 also has an HWacc bug - so maybe new driver will fix this issue
