My ping skyrockets everytime I record

So, my problem is that everytime I record on OBS (I use display capture since game capture is only a black screen) is that my ping skyrockets for example in Minecraft when I'm not recording my ping is usually on 90-120 but when I start recording in obs it skyrockets to700-900 and I need help to fix that

Depending on your Windows version and what sources you wish to use, you may need to set OBS to run on a specific GPU. Not sure which Windows version you have? Press Windows+R and run "winver". For Windows 10 1909 or newer: Open Settings and search for "Graphics Settings". Select "Classic App"...

Create a new Scene Collection with 1 scene with only 1 game source (display capture if the above guides don't work).
Close any Browser Docks and disable any internet enabled addons.
