Question / Help My old OBS worked fine but this morning an update to the latest version no longer allows me to select any / Nvidia encoder

I have a GTX 1070 Strix and this morning I updated to the latest OBS version because I wanted to use a plugin. Since then I have not been able to record because I cannot select any encoders. All I have are - Software(x264) for streaming and for recording.

This is the error I get;

And my Nvidia drivers are up to date;
