Do you use the integrated video? Do you have a dedicated Video card?

Have you streamed before?

Have you updated all drivers? Made sure you have directx?

OS version?

Are you using game capture, monitor capture, or window capture? Have you tried all those options?

Lastly, did you do anything that is written in the error message?

You may need to go into your BIOS and turn off your integrated video.

What are your PC specs? Desktop or Laptop? If you have a laptop and don't have a dedicated video card I'll probably not be able to help to much.

If you have a Desktop you should probably turn off your integrated video if you have a dedicated video card. You'll know if you plug in your monitor to a video card or your motherboard.

You'll need to go into your BIOS. Restarting your PC and using F2 or Del will usually get you there.

Then you'll need to find in those menus integrated video and probably choose disable.

May not resolve it, but it's in the list of issues in that error message.

okay, do it in the start/accounts menu?

Hmm, im not sure where you're seeing that.

What brand PC do you have?

When you restart your PC when the screen is black or has a splash screen before windows loads. You should have an options to enter the BIOS or something like that. Which may prompt you to use the DEL or F1 or F2 key. you will go into a menu and you'll have to dig around for it.

A lot of BIOS look different than each other.

FYI - If you don't have a dedicated video card this could stop you from seeing anything and might have to reset the CMOS.

So my disclaimer is to know what you're doing before disabling. If you have to look up your PC model and see what you have to make sure.

core2 generation computer, pretty old (7-8 years now) and not really recommended for streaming, even at the upper levels of the model line.

You're looking at a problem with compatibility of hardware. You just might not be able to stream with that equipment.

It's hard to "try" things if you're not use to the environment of a PC. Especially in 2 mins.
