Hey guys,
well I was wondering if I can stream Europa Universalis 4 / League of Legends with my PC and net. I already tried with default settings and it was stuttering a bit ( like the internet couldnt handle or something, I'm not sure )
My PC is :
CPU : i3 4160
GPU : GTX 550ti
RAM : 2x4GB DDR3
My net is :
Yea and I know that it aint best for streaming but maybe it would work? What kind of settings should I use? I tried to read some on my own but damn, I am noob in that.
