Question / Help My OBS keeps freezing and audio records also another problem

After regular recording, not livestreaming it *it also does this when I try to livestream*, the video freezes but the audio continues. It goes about 5 minutes in, and freezes. Sometimes it makes it look like its going to work, and goes 33 minutes in, and then it freezes. Also; the video looks fuzzy, that's the other problem. I have a 1440p native resoultion monitor. A friend bought it for $500, but I bought it for $250. It displays on an MSI 970 4gb graphics card, with 16gb of RAM with an i5 4670k 3.4ghz processor *just in case you needed to know*

*It might show the clip attachment file, I have put* I have posted the obs main menu, just in case you guys thought that I had no scenes running.

Post your logfile from the help menu. there are not many systems out there that can encode at 1400p60fps. Most systems have trouble with 720@60 let alone 1440p@60..
