My obs is wayyy to laggy please help

i also have an intergrated gpu which isnt good 4 some reason

so i rec with a 1440x900 and i had about 0 lag with 2000 bitrate 1920x1080 video file 30 fps and quickync encoder

You're going to have fiddle with your game settings to get 0 lag. I would strongly recommend setting your game, base and canvas resolution all to the same value so there is no scaling as that requires additional resources. You can also try disabling the preview in OBS to free up additional resources.

do older versions of obs work better according to pc like an older obs would work better on a lower end pc?
