Question / Help My Obs is in Chinese

When I first ran the program it was in chinese, not too sure how to change the language.

Press the settings button, which is this one: http://i.imgur.com/plHaDxH.png

The top dropdown is the Language dropdown: http://i.imgur.com/uPnFiuk.png

Select your language and press OK, and then restart OBS.
