So I'm building my first PC and I'm going to be using it to to live stream low end games. The CPU is an AMD FX 6300 6 core processor and in using an entry level card which is the AMD R7 250. It should handle 30fps but can it handle 60fps? By the way I have Verizon FiOS fiber 50/50 for a good bit rate.
