my games feel really laggy when I stream but the fps is fine.

In the games I want to stream, I get over 200fps while streaming, but for me looks like I'm below 50 fps, in the stream is fine at 60 fps

I tried to stream with Nvidia Geforce Experience and it is totally fine, without this problem that happens with OBS, but I want to transmit with obs because of streamlabs alertbox and widgets.

I tried to research the problem but found nothing, if anyone can help me i appreciate

(sorry for my english btw)

my pc:
i5 9400f
gtx 1650 super
16gb ram 2666mhz
