I have no clue what is causing this, I have tried everything between using a new headset and setting everything to mono or stereo, I have disabled surround sound which makes everything sound awful, my headset is Corsair Void Pro, my Mic sounds fine (I have it disabled though) and updating all my drivers but no matter what I have tried nothing changes. I have been on this for hours and if this helps nvidia shadowplay does that same thing but my mic sounds fine. I would love to post a video but it looks like you can't do that on these threads.

Sorry, but the problem was with the VLC program, not OBS.
Since my problem has been fixed, I can't provide the sample anymore, but if someone has this problem, they may be able to do it before the get it fixed. As I sead. I don't know what was wrong with the VLC player, only that it got fixed when I did the upgrade without keeping the current settings.
