Question / Help My FPS ingame is ok but stream fps is low

It says in the log but just reforcing

CPU : i7 2600 @ 3.40GHz
RAM : 4x2GB 1333 Mhz
GPU : 9800 GT

Your graphics card is simply too bad.

You aren't using monitor capture.....are you? If so, use either window capture or game capture in-game.
