Question / Help My desktop audio is still not in sync

I have come across a problem where my desktop audio is out of sync and I don’t know how to fix it. I have unchecked the box for the Timestamp thing but it still is delayed. Someone Please Help!

For some reason when I change the sync offset it doesn’t do anything

It depends on what you mean by "do anything". Sync offset affects the stream/recorded output.
