Question / Help MY dayz have black screen

I have viewers saying when I stream i have a black screen or nothing is loading. Does anyone knwo the solution for this?

I'm assuming it has to deal with the connection. Are you wireless?

No i am not. But some viewers could see my stream and some cant.

Well, if you have your settings high, quality wise, viewers with a not so good computer won't be able to see it as it's too powerful for their computer.
