Hey!
Hardware:
CPU: i7-4790
GPU: MSi GTX 770 OC 2 GB
RAM: 8GB Kingston HyperX 1600Mhz
Mobo: Asus H97M-e
And I have two monitors, both 1080p and another one is 144hz.
Internet speed: http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/3900614661
My obs settings are:
1080p 60fps
Max bitrate: 3000
x264
Use cbr (x)
Enable CBR padding (x)
Use multithreaded optimizations (x)
Use CFR
x264 CPU Preset: veryfast
Encoding profile: main
Others default.
So my problem is my cs:go looks laggy but it really is not lagging at all (I mean ping is okay, and fps is +200) but it looks like it's stuttering or something in stream it looks fine but it annoys me while I play. It doesn't occur when I stream LoL or Battlefield 3 (well I have 30fps stream in bf).
