Question / Help My CPU not keeping up

Hello,

my CPU gets overworked while im streaming from time to time, it's not the CPU issue (I7), I think there's something wrong inside my settings so with log I'm also sending pictures of my settings inside OBS


Can you guys help me solve this issue? My game starts lagging and there's the red text in OBS about the CPU, though the lag doesn't last usually long and doesn't happen that often, it's still annoying.

Your logs aren't showing the settings as the problem. It may be cooling on your processor or video card that is the actual problem.

Its not, it has to be something with settings

Based on the CPU is completely fine and it does it just from time to time for no apparent reason
